"Liz" is a native of New York who received her JD degree from New York Law School in 1992. She worked as a Landlord-Tenant attorney with non-profit organizations in New York City for several years before moving to Maryland with her family. She worked as a claims professional for State Farm and Paramount insurance companies for 3½ years handling auto liability claims. She makes liability determinations and manages litigation primarily for police and public officials liability.
