Mr. Ted Zaleski has worked for Carroll County for thirty years, most of that as the Director of Management and Budget. Ted currently serves as the Chair of the Local Government Insurance Trust (LGIT) Board of Trustees, and as President of the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) Budget and Finance Affiliate. Previously, he served as President of the Maryland Government Finance Officers (MDGFOA) Board of Directors, and the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Committee on Governmental Budgeting and Fiscal Policy. He is an adjunct instructor at McDaniel College and helped start a Public Administration and Policy graduate program. Ted has presented at national and Maryland conferences.
