Executive Director of the Maryland Municipal League. Mr. Hancock was an Assistant Town Administrator for the Town of Snow Hill, Town Manager for the Town of Centreville, and Town Manager for the towns of York, Maine and Narragansett, Rhode Island. He holds a B.A. from Western Maryland College and an M.A. from Central Michigan University. Mr. Hancock is a full member of the International City/County Management Association and was elected to the ICMA Executive Board 2007-2010. He is a member of the American Society for Public Administration and a graduate of the Class of 2003 of Leadership Maryland.
