Tia Nicole Bowman is originally from Mount Airy, North Carolina. She received a bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language & Literature from North Carolina State University. She has worked as a Foreign Language Interpreter for the State of North Carolina and gained legal experience as a paralegal at the Law Office of James Scott Farrin and the Law Office of Leonard Jernigan. Thereafter, she received a Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar. She has worked as a claims professional for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund and has worked as an inter-company arbitrator. Tia was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2017.
